The ongoing drama inside the Bigg Boss 19 house took a heated turn during the latest captaincy task, as Baseer Ali and Awez Darbar clashed over allegations of dishonesty in relationships. The popular celebrity couple, Awez Darbar and Nagma Mirajkar, are again at the center of house controversies, with housemates raising questions about Awez’s loyalty.
Captaincy Task Turns Tense
The BB Sports Day task, designed to determine the week’s captain, saw tensions escalate between Baseer and Awez. While competing alongside Abhishek Bajaj and Amaal Mallik, Baseer confronted Awez during the task, warning him to play fair. The confrontation reached a point where Baseer threatened to expose Awez’s actions. Following the dispute, task ‘sanchalaks’ Awez and Nagma disqualified both Abhishek and Baseer.
Allegations of Cheating
Baseer directly accused Awez of being unfaithful, claiming he noticed Awez pursuing multiple women despite being in a committed relationship with Nagma. He said:
"I never spoke about Awez until now. But today, he went after multiple girls at the same time. I confronted him about how he treats his girlfriend and others, and he seemed shaken."
Supporting Baseer, Amaal Mallik added,
"He has around 15–16 mutual friends, has been in a so-called serious relationship for almost 10 years, yet every day he slides into someone’s DMs. I don’t intend to hurt anyone, but this is the reality."
Awez on Supporting Nagma in Bigg Boss 19
Before entering the house, Awez told Telly Talk India/Zoom that he and Nagma would remain each other’s strength throughout the show. He stated,
"We’ve always been each other’s support. She has guided me on social media strategies, helping me multiply my growth. I feel confident that we will continue to support each other. Mistakes will be corrected together."
During the show, Awez even proposed to Nagma in front of housemates, earning cheers from everyone present.
